Terreno collinoso di 5000mq, posizione panoramica, vista mare. Tranquillo.
Sul terreno esistono tre villini. La 115/3 è il piu giovane. L´ideale per 2 coppie o una famiglia. In alto zona giorno con un bagno, in basso zona notte con due camere da letto piu un secondo bagno. (Prestazioni della casa? - Vedere i simboli!)
Il parcheggio si trova davanti all´ingesso. Dal piano in basso si fa 50 metri per arrivare alla piscina. Sotto un albero che da molt´ombra è stato creato un barbecue con un forno a legna.
Luttuni è una piccola incantevole frazione a 1km da Budoni.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir waren zu Viert (2 Erwachsene, 2Teenager) für 14 Tage da und wären am liebsten gar nicht abgereist. Das Areal ist wunderschön. Der Pool mit Grillecke ist super gelegen und idyllisch. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!!
