Terreno collinoso di 5000mq, posizione panoramica, vista mare. Tranquillo.
Sul terreno esistono tre villini. La 115/3 è il piu giovane. L´ideale per 2 coppie o una famiglia. In alto zona giorno con un bagno, in basso zona notte con due camere da letto piu un secondo bagno. (Prestazioni della casa? - Vedere i simboli!)
Il parcheggio si trova davanti all´ingesso. Dal piano in basso si fa 50 metri per arrivare alla piscina. Sotto un albero che da molt´ombra è stato creato un barbecue con un forno a legna.
Luttuni è una piccola incantevole frazione a 1km da Budoni.
