Terreno collinoso di 5000mq, posizione panoramica, vista mare. Tranquillo.
Sul terreno esistono tre villini. La 115/1 è quello in mezzo. Si tratta d´una vecchia casa sarda di un piano rinnovata molto bella, fiancata dalle due altre. Nonostante essendo in mezzo la 115/1 offre un massimo di privacy grazie al giardino privato suo che ha di fronte. Una veranda aperta, una coperta con barbecue, tutti e due con vista mare.
La casa stessa è composta da due camere, soggiorno/cucina e bagno. Arredamento bello con lavatrice, lavastoviglie, area condizionata, tv. (Prestazioni della casa? - Vedere i simboli!)
Il parcheggio si trova davanti all´ingesso. Dal giardino si può scendere alla piscina., distante intorno 50 metri. Sotto un albero che da molt´ombra è stato creato un barbecue con un forno a legna.
Luttuni è una piccola incantevole frazione a 1km da Budoni.

Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas zurückversetzt, daher ist die Aussicht und nähe zur Natur toll. Mittleerweile halt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles vorhanden (inkl. Klima) und ein toller Pool. Bei unserem Aufenthalt leider etwas viel Wespen. Strände in er Umgebung sehr schön. Ja, viele Leute hats, sind halt alle an den schönen Orten.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wunderbar. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Ausstattung war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Dusche hattte kein kontinuierliches warmes Wasser. Es wechselte ständig von ganz heiß zu ganz kalt. Garten und Terrasse waren ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren ausreichend. Service des Centros waren auch sehr gut, sehr bemüht. Der Ort Budoni hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Allerdingst schöne Strände und Meer. Restaurants waren zufriedenstellend. Wir haben oft auswärts gegessen. Aber alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank
